Shipping & delivery 

Sweden

Our customers may choose delivery between our different couriers, PostNord, DHL, Fedex, Budbee and Instabox. Normally, all shipments are sent the following business day. If the order is made before noon, it is possible that it will be sent the same day. KAYO only ships during business days and do not ship during national holidays in Sweden.

All shipments are made from our warehouse in Stockholm.

Delivery time

Our customers can expect to receive their order within the nearest 1-5 business days from ordering. 

Shipping Cost

All orders placed for a value over 1000 SEK, are shipped free of charge. Below 1000 SEK, we will charge a shipping fee depending on the delivery address and chosen shipment company. The final price may be seen in the checkout when all necessary address info is filled in. 

Europe

All shipments made to countries outside Sweden are made with either DHL, Fedex or PostNord (The Swedish Postal service which will forward the shipment to the local postal company in the delivery country). Shipments made with DHL can both be delivered to DHL Shipping points and straight to a provided address. 

All shipments are made from KAYO's warehouse in the Stockholm.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time vary, but is usually between 2-5 business days. For specific address that are located with increased geographical distance from DHL and local postal service centers, the delivery time may increase. For more info regarding delivery, we advise you to contact DHL or your local post company directly.
