Returns

You are welcome to return your entire order or parts of an order to our warehouse for a return. At this moment, we do not offer the ability to directly exchange an order or parts of it - however, you are welcome to return your entire order or parts of it and place a new one for the items you wish to receive instead.

Returns and direct exchanges can also be made at our physical store at NK Department Store in Stockholm, Sweden (floor 3). 

For all return concerns, please contact us at help@ka-yo.com and include the following info, our staff will provide you with a free return slip within the Nordics or return information for customers in the rest of the world:

• Your order number
• Info on the items you wish to return

Terms

• The returned items must be in the same mint condition as it was received in, with any/all hangtags and labels still intact. 
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Exchanges can only be made if the value of the exchanged item matches or is less than the original one. (Only applicable in store)
