Base LT Down Hood is a packable insulated jacket with a nylon ripstop shell and lining. A PFC-free C0 water-repellent treatment joins windproof and down-proof construction to shield the 750-fill insulation.
The fill uses RDS-certified duck down and feather in a 90/10 ratio. An elastic-edged hood, elastic cuffs and adjustable side hem retain warmth, with a YKK front zip and two zipped hand pockets integrated into the lightweight form.
Its uncomplicated baffles and low bulk make it a dependable cold-weather layer that can move under a shell or travel on its own.
