You're welcome to return your entire order or parts of it for a refund. 

We do not offer any direct exchanges of products when returning your order to our warehouse. Exchanges can be made at our physical store in at NK Department Store in Stockholm, Sweden (floor 3). Please see the store exchange instructions here. If you wish to exchange a product we recommend returning it and placing a new order for the item you want to exchange to whenever it suits you. 

For all return concerns, please contact us at via the contact form below. Our staff will provide you with a return slip within eligible countries or the necessary return instructions.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Info on the items you wish to return


  • The returned items must be in the same mint condition as it was received in, with any/all hangtags and labels still intact. 
  • If you're returning shoes, the shoebox must be included and undamaged. The shoebox is part of the product and must therefore be returned intact along with the shoes.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges can only be made if the value of the exchanged item matches or is less than the original one. (Only applicable in store)
